Cosmic Moon Milk

The concept of drinking warm milk stems from the Ayurvedic belief that in order to digest milk properly, it should be brought to a boil, allowing it to foam up, thus changing the molecular structure so it’s easier for consumption. Spices such as pepper, turmeric, and cardamon are added to the warm milk to transform it into a healing remedy for the parasympathetic nervous system before bedtime. With the addition of an array of superfood colors- Moon Milk was born.
