Terms of Service

Before you sign up for any services, I wanted to make three critical points clear so that there are no misunderstandings:

  1. The ‘Nutrition Coaching Membership' is at least a three month minimum commitment. I’ve found that to achieve certain results, we have to change well-worn habits, and sometimes dig deep into our misconceptions and stigmas surrounding food and general well-being. So, instead of promising clients a radical overnight overhaul, once a client signs up I devise a plan that is reasonable, challenging and rewarding that assumes I have at least three months to execute. Again, if you’re unsure if this is the right path for you, please schedule a free call with me (no strings attached) so we can discuss further. If this is the right path, then by signing up you are agreeing that you will be charged once a month, for a minimum of three months. If after three months you’d like to cancel your membership, please send me an email two weeks before your next auto charge.

  2. I’m not a doctor - meaning I can’t advise you on what is or isn’t medically sound for you. I’m assuming if you have any ailments or conditions, you’ve consulted with your general practitioner for their advice and are going to keep them in the loop about any dietary or movement changes to your lifestyle. That said, I’m also not a witch doctor: the advice I will give you is grounded in sound physiology, nutrition science and habit psychology.

  3. I’m not a fortune teller - meaning I can help coach you on the path that will lead you to your healthy goals, but I can’t forsee what that translates to in terms of how many pounds/kilograms you will lose and how quickly. My clients come to me for different reasons, and as we work together their goals sometimes become more specific or evolve - another reason why I try to focus more on process then arbitrary results. But what I can promise is that if you take better care of yourself, you will feel better about yourself.
