These customized training packages are tailored to the individual client. Whether you want to gain strength, lose weight or improve technique. My main expertise is powerful strength and performance coaching for women over forty. At the heart of the sessions is ‘Body Intelligence Movement’, with an emphasis on mind, spirit and body. Working out isn’t just about losing weight or getting stronger and fitter - it’s strength for life. Meditation and movement are combined in the programs to help wash away distractions, fear, anxiety and focus on the mind-muscle connection to help lift the spirit.

The Body Intelligence process is different. How? I integrate various methods developed specifically for the female body and what reproductive phase you are experiencing as a woman: menstrual, peri-menopause and menopause. Remember women are not “little men” and should not train, fuel or recover as men do expecting results specifically for their bodies. It is imperative to match your food and fitness to your female physiology for great health and a strong body for life.

Virtual Body Engagement Package

These hour-long sessions are a wonderful option for clients who live overseas or travel frequently and would still love to work with Marwa to meet their goals. Sessions are held in real time and guarantee the same focus, accountability and results live clients receive and achieve.

Constant Accountability: You will get one-on-one support from Marwa, who knows precisely how to help and guide you on your transformation with a once a month Zoom check-in call to review your progress, goals and next steps in depth.

These hour-long sessions are for local clients in the Dubai area who would like to train in person. They can be arranged in the privacy of your own home or a gym of your choosing (necessary gym fees for you and/or myself not included).

Free Body Engagement Assessment

For new clients I offer a free, one-hour in-person session where we go through a short assessment, discuss your goals and complete a brief movement-based workout. My main objective is to provide a safe space where you can step into your power of strength, experience amazing results and learn how to live a truly healthy lifestyle, pushing back on the boundaries of what a woman of any age can achieve.

This hour-long session will give you a taste of what it’s like to commit to yourself and most importantly, we will find out if we are a good fit, if I can help empower you with your goals, and if you’re ready to commit to yourself for the long-run.
