I help them anchor in self-care and body intelligence- a powerful process of communicating with body and subconscious mind in order to heal, awaken, transform and evolve. We do this by addressing the root cause of an individual’s imbalance using evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle changes to help regain and maintain optimal health.
