‘Strength by Bands’ Program
‘Strength by Bands’ is a band-based muscle building program that was designed to demonstrate the powerful fitness building, muscle building and fat loss effects of a bands-only workout program. The unique resistance profile and the quick recovery factors unique to proper band training makes this program very different than any other program.
It was created for people who have some resistance training experience and who are serious about muscle building, strength and fitness. Band training will build strength and muscle, and does not create as much muscle damage as more conventional resistance training methods. This allows for a very high degree of frequency and intensity to be applied for a new and powerful muscle-building stimulus. ‘Strength by Bands’ was programmed with all of this in mind to help you achieve all of your strength and fat loss goals utilizing bands only.
At the heart of this program is incredible versatility. You can strength train wherever you are, eliminating any excuse to skip your workout. It has been created when you are short on space, low on time, traveling and interested in a cheap and effective way to get stronger or challenge yourself. It’s also a great choice to integrate a few sets into your warm-up or as your deload week from the gym when you are focused on giving your nervous system and joints a break.

30 to 45 minutes depending on your warm up and cool down. During Phases 2 and 3 we speed things up with some spicy supersets.

This program will require three types of bands. The first is tube resistance bands with handles in a couple of different colors/resistances. Normally, this is sold as a set that includes a door anchor, which we'll also need for some movements. The second type of band you'll need are the super/infinity bands that are the wide loops and also come in a set of different colors/resistances. The final type of band you will need are the short flat bands (aka 'booty band). The initial investment should cost about $100 - as you progress you can add to this collection as you get stronger.
