‘Muscle Made Easy’ Program
If you’re not entirely sure of the best way to put together a body-strengthening and building workout, the ‘Muscle Made Easy’ program is for you. It focuses on movement patterns, which are the foundation for building holistic, effective and fluid movement in and out of the gym.
The program is FREE! It is designed as a dumbbell-based muscle building program that demonstrates the simplicity of movement patterns.
It will teach you to work like an athlete; how to perform structured workouts in the smartest way possible to build muscle and strength and ultimately changing your body composition.

This program will require a pair of ‘medium’ and ‘heavy’ dumbbells. If you’re working from home, you can add to this collection as you get stronger or invest in a pair of adjustable dumbbells.
