Avocado toast with pomegranate seeds and micro greens

An assortment of flavors, textures and color make for one simple and delicious dish.

(Serves 1) 

INGREDIENTS

  • Sliced German Rye Bread

  • Half Ripe Avocado

  • 1 Tbs. Nigella Seeds

  • 1 Tbs. Pomegranate Seeds

  • Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt

  • Pinch of Freshly Grated Black Pepper

  • ½ Tsp. Olive Oil

  • Pinch of Micro Greens

DIRECTIONS

 1.    Make the avocado smash: Mash Avocado with olive oil, salt and black pepper 

2.    Toast Bread 

3.    Top toast with the avocado mixture, pomegranate seeds, nigella seeds and micro greens. Sprinkle extra salt + pepper, drizzle olive-oil and serve.
