Apple Slices + Nut Butter + Hemp Seeds

A healthy snack doesn’t have to be complicated. The combination of apples, nut butter and hemp seeds are both refreshing and satisfying.

(Serves 1) 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Apple

  • 2 Tablespoons nut or seed butter (tastes yummy with cashew butter)

  • 1 Tbs. Hemp Seeds

  • 1 Tbs. Pumpkin Seeds

  • Freshly grated bourbon vanilla

DIRECTIONS

1.    Wash and cut apple into slices

2.    Drizzle seed/nut butter and sprinkle hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, freshly grated vanilla and serve.
